It’s easy to Maple Craft all sorts of foods & beverage favorites, including, but not limited to, breakfast. And with just 2/3 the sucrose of processed sweeteners, more calcium than milk, more potassium than bananas and 65+ important antioxidants, it is basically a super-food and a must-have sweetener for the pantry.
Replace each cup of sugar with 3/4 cup of Maple Craft Syrup in any recipe. For baking, reduce the amount of overall liquid in the recipe by about 3 tablespoons for each cup of maple syrup. Maple caramelizes/browns quicker than sugar, so reduced cook/bake time may be required.
